About
Hi, I'm Bea.
Movement is where I feel at home.
My roots are in Groupfitness — and after all these years I am still curious about movement. Today I bring all of that experience together with modern yoga, functional anatomy and my love for music.
I am not interested in pressing bodies into a “perfect” yoga shape. I want people to understand movement — to move their body in a way that makes sense, that is strong and free at the same time.
When breath, alignment, movement and music become one, something emerges that reaches far beyond the mat.
Movement can change how we feel.
