In short: this site runs without advertising, without tracking and without cookies. We collect no personal data beyond what you give us yourself — through the contact form or the newsletter signup. If you only read here, you leave nothing behind but the technical connection data any web server needs to deliver a page.

This website is served by Vercel Inc. (USA). On access, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data in server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser identification. This is required to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The transfer to the USA relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Name resolution for beatriceblach.com and the forwarding of email sent to hello@beatriceblach.com run through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When a message is forwarded, its sender, recipient and content pass through Cloudflare in order to reach our mailbox.

If you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address and message solely in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns classes or bookings, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

Delivery runs through the form service Basin (Moonshot Ventures, Inc., 30060 Harris Rd, Abbotsford BC V4X 1V6, Canada). An adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for Canada. We delete messages once they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your first and last name and your email address in order to tell you when the online offering launches and about upcoming events. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Signing up uses a double opt-in: after submitting the form you receive an email containing a confirmation link. You are only added to the list once you click it. Without confirmation nothing is stored.

Delivery and list management run through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Brevo stores your data on servers inside the EU. Alongside your details it records the time of signup and of confirmation — the legally required proof of your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in every email or with an informal message to hello@beatriceblach.com. We will then remove your data from the list.

This website currently sets no cookies. Your language choice is not stored in a cookie either — it sits in the address path (/de or /en). That is why you see no cookie banner here.

We use no analytics or statistics tools. Your behaviour is not evaluated, neither on this site nor across sites.

All typefaces live on our own server and are delivered together with the site. No fonts are loaded from Google or any other provider, so no data is transmitted to external font services.

Instagram is only linked from this site, not embedded. No Instagram content is loaded and no data is transmitted to Meta while you are here. Only when you click the link do you leave this website; from that moment Meta's privacy policy applies.

You have the right to information about the data we hold on you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just email marvin@halbstark.de; we answer free of charge and without undue delay.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. You may equally contact the supervisory authority where you live.

We carry out no profiling and make no automated individual decisions with legal or similarly significant effect. Your data is never sold and never used for third-party advertising.
